We had a bit of a tricky situation. We have great credit, great income, and had plenty for down payment. So imagine our surprise when we found it hard to get a loan! Due to me being all 1099, my wife being a travel nurse, and our full-time RV life, we had mortgage company after mortgage company tell us they were not interested in our deal. John took it and ran with it. He got it done within 3 weeks. Can’t recommend John enough!

My husband and I recently purchased a house with the assistance of John McLaughlin. He made the entire process easy, though it was quite stressful through no fault of his own.
